Welcome to my creative world. A contemporary realist artist specializing in hyper-realistic portraiture. My work bridges the gap between meticulous, traditional craftsmanship and deep emotional vulnerability. By pushing the boundaries of light, shadow, and extreme detail, I look past the surface layer of a subject to uncover and preserve the raw, unspoken human stories underneath.
Why I do this
I believe that art has a unique, timeless power to transcend language and connect us across cultures. My portraits are an exploration of human emotion, capturing fleeting moments of introspective silence, strength, and vulnerability. I create to give the viewer an intimate space to pause, look closer, and truly feel the presence of the subject staring back at them.
How I work
My practice is deeply rooted in patience and precision. Working primarily with charcoal, graphite, and paper, each portrait requires tens of hours of dedicated layered application. From the delicate rendering of skin texture to the reflection of light in a subject's eyes, every single mark on the page is intentional, built up slowly to achieve a visceral depth
The Artist
Balancing a passion for the rich history of classical realism with a distinctly modern perspective, I am constantly exploring new ways to push the limits of my medium. When I am not in the studio creating new collections, I am preparing my portfolio for international exhibitions, looking to share the universal beauty of human emotion with art lovers and galleries worldwide.
